The Magna Project is a collection of coastal destinations offering unique experiences for enthusiasts of entertainment, exploration, innovation, and arts along the Gulf of Aqaba coast in NEOM, located northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Announced on June 5, 2024, the project encompasses twelve main destinations:

- Leja: This destination includes three hotels and luxurious facilities within a natural oasis nestled between valleys and mountains. It is located in a historical area of NEOM, stretching from the Gulf of Aqaba coast in the west, passing through natural terrains in a winding valley surrounded by mountains that rise approximately four hundred m, shaped by water over thousands of years.

- Epicon: This destination features a collection of sustainably and innovatively designed facilities harmonizing with its location on the Gulf of Aqaba. It includes two towers, one standing at 225 m and the other at 275 m, both housing a hotel. Near the hotel lies a resort with units overlooking the beach.

- Siranna: This destination offers a model of luxurious living and embodies NEOM's commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation. Its residential facilities feature tiered architectural designs with distinctive columns, providing direct views of the sea from various angles.

- Utamo: This destination offers diverse experiences in arts and entertainment, making it an ideal location for hosting innovative events and welcoming international artists. Nestled amidst mountains, it provides an environment that redefines traditional concepts of entertainment.

- Norlana: A modern-style residential complex dedicated to rejuvenation and wellness. Norlana Offers a unique environment within a complex accommodating three thousand residents, equipped with modern technologies for sustainable healthy living.

- Aquellum: Situated within a mountain range rising 450 m high, this destination is inspired by futuristic lifestyles, forming a hidden digital community underground. It is accessible through a pathway extending along a garden, featuring a distinctive vertical transition experience with a height of one hundred m. Before entering the grand reception hall.

- Zardun: A resort that includes four distinctive buildings integrated in design with the surrounding natural landscapes. Zardun is distinguished as one of the locations that combines luxury with the natural environment.

- Xaynor: A resort amidst the rocky landscapes along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline. Visitors pass through an entrance topped with an open canopy overlooking the surrounding natural scenery. The site also includes a pathway to the beach.

- Elanan: Situated in a location where mountains meet the sea, overlooking a green oasis nourished by ancient natural springs in the area. The resort includes eighty rooms and private suites, focusing on enhancing a luxury lifestyle.

- Gidori: An entertainment destination dedicated to the golf community, featuring a suspended structure facing the beach that showcases architectural ingenuity. The building houses 190 sea-view apartments and offers a variety of tourist experiences.

- Treyam: Located at the meeting point of desert nature with one of the turquoise lakes on the southern edge of the Gulf of Aqaba. It features an innovatively designed resort centered on a 450-m bridge connecting the northern and southern shores of the lake, offering elevated views of the natural landscapes

- Jaumur: Includes a marine science center and an international school, featuring facilities that harmonize with the diverse surrounding natural terrain. It has a capacity of approximately six thousand residents, comprising around five hundred residential apartments overlooking the marina, in addition to approximately seven hundred villas and two hotels.
