The Epicon project includes a comprehensive range of distinctive facilities, all designed sustainably to offer a variety of entertainment options and futuristic tourism experiences in an exceptional environment. The project relies on innovation in building these facilities, which are expected to serve as a stunning model of new tourism thinking.
The Epicon project relies on innovation in building its facilities, which extend across the natural landscapes on the NEOM coast. The project includes two towers, one approximately 225 m tall and the other around 275 m. These towers will house an ultra-luxury hotel with forty-one ultra-luxury tourist apartments and luxury residences comprising fourteen suites and apartments. Near the hotel, there will be a resort with 120 rooms and forty-five beachfront villas that combine tranquility, luxury, and relaxation.
The destination at Epicon is designed to offer a futuristic tourism experience, providing a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life. It offers wellness and relaxation programs, health clubs, water sports, and fine dining restaurants.
