Magna Project is a collection of coastal destinations offering experiences for lovers of entertainment, exploration, innovation, and the arts. It comprises twelve luxury tourist destinations along the Gulf of Aqaba coast in NEOM, northwestern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project was announced by the NEOM Board of Directors on June 5, 2024.

Magna Project is located near the Red Sea and NEOM Bay Airport, covering a total area of approximately 406 km². Its various destinations extend over a length of 120 km. About 95 percent of its land is dedicated to wildlife, while the urban environment comprises around 5 percent of its total area

Magna Project includes fifteen luxury hotels, 1,600 suites, rooms, and serviced apartments, with a capacity to accommodate around three hundred thousand guests annually. Additionally, it encompasses 2,500 residential units. The project features diverse destinations along the Gulf of Aqaba coast, offering various services, activities, and experiences for residents and guests.
Magna Project provides access to artistic, cultural, and entertainment events, as well as restaurants, galleries, shops, and entertainment venues.
Magna nature reserve
Magna Project works to protect natural landscapes, preserve native plants, and restore their habitats, alongside reintroducing native animals.
Luxury yachts in Magna
The strategic location of the Magna Project enables it to host the world's largest luxury yachts. The project includes three marinas, 450 berths, and water transport facilities, along with other aerial services such as a private airstrip and five seaplane landing pads.

The project is expected to contribute approximately SAR2.6 billion to the Kingdom's gross domestic product (GDP) by 2030. It also offers opportunities for investors, developers, and companies to be part of this project.
