Jaumur Destination

Jaumur Destination is one of​ NEOM’s tourist and residential destinations, situated on the Gulf of Aqaba coast in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It includes a marine science center and an international school. The project was announced by the NEOM Board of Directors on May 8, 2024.

Jaumur Destination is designed according to future living standards and quality of life. It is a luxurious destination for living and tourism, offering land and sea exploration experiences and contributing to encouraging innovation and learning.

Jaumur Destination features facilities that harmonize with the surrounding diverse natural terrain along the Gulf of Aqaba coast, with a capacity to accommodate around six thousand residents. It includes approximately five hundred marina-view apartments and about seven hundred villas, all equipped with private moorings to facilitate access to the marine destination. Additionally, Jaumur has two hotels offering 350 rooms and suites designed to provide guests with views of the natural surroundings, along with coastal hospitality services and various sports activities.

The marina serves as the project's focal point, featuring a 1.5 km extended roof over the yacht berths, providing protection for yacht owners and a haven for residents and visitors. The roof integrates with a suspended structure that forms an aesthetic entrance to the marina, capable of accommodating the world's largest luxury yachts. The marina also includes a vibrant promenade designed to host cultural and entertainment experiences, welcoming events, performances, and art programs throughout the year, as well as housing a variety of restaurants and shops.

Jaumur Destination also includes an advanced research center that aims to study the deep sea and preserve the marine environment, along with a world-class boarding school that attracts students from around the globe. This school aims to achieve global accomplishments in various fields through an exclusive, advanced, and broad-based educational system.
