Norlana is one of the sustainable tourism destinations in NEOM, located on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba, northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Norlana design
Norlana was designed to be a multi-purpose destination serving the residential community, including an exclusive compound for three thousand residents. Within its contemporary community environment, Norlana offers 711 residential properties comprising luxurious palaces, apartments, and beachfront villas seamlessly integrated into the surrounding dunes. Residents and visitors can enjoy the tranquil natural ambiance, while the community center features waterways, a beachfront park, and open spaces designed to foster social interaction.
Among its sports facilities, Norlana boasts an eighteen-hole golf course nestled among the mountains and an equestrian and polo center comprising world-class facilities. The destination also offers a variety of water sports, including sailing and diving, allowing residents and guests to enjoy the natural environment.
Norlana features a state-of-the-art marina with 120 berths, making it a global hub for luxury yachts. It will also provide water taxi services that will be available for residents and guests.
