Ghada Al-Rumayyan, is a Saudi executive director, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Shared Services at ROSHN Group, one of the subsidiaries of the Public Investment Fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Throughout her career, she has managed a number of different sectors.

Ghada Al-Rumayyan's education

Ghada Al-Rumayyan received a bachelor's degree in social work from the College of Girls in Riyadh and enrolled in several international programs, including the Leadership Development Program at Cass Business School in 2020, and courses at Harvard Business School in 2019 that included sustainability and entrepreneurship in emerging economies. She also attended a course in critical thinking from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ghada Al-Rumayyan's career

Ghada Al-Rumayyan began her career as a social worker and public relations officer at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. She was then appointed as the Director of Corporate Communication at the Saudi Hollandi Bank (previously) the Saudi First Bank, and in the hospitality sector, she managed marketing at the Kempinski Hotel (Rafal Tower) (previously) JW Marriott in Riyadh.

In 2014, Al-Rumayyan joined the Olayan Financing Company as Director of Corporate Communication. During this period, she contributed to improving internal coordination among about forty-six subsidiary companies of the group, both locally and internationally, and managed major events including the celebration of the group's 70th anniversary. She led women's empowerment initiatives through the round table initiative and later held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships and Supply Chains in the same entity during the period of 2018-2019. Her contributions included supporting partnerships with ministries and chambers of commerce, expanding childcare services nationally, and leading restructuring efforts to improve operational efficiency.

In 2019, Al-Rumayyan was appointed Vice President of Public Relations and Communications at Riyad Bank, overseeing the development of the corporate identity for international branches in London, New York, and Singapore. She also led the digital transformation and rebranding process. In 2021, she joined ROSHN Group as the Chief Marketing and Corporate Communication Officer, contributing to aligning real estate development projects with market analyses and the Saudi Vision 2030 goals. She launched a three-phase national tree-planting program, which included establishing a nursery in the "SEDRA" project, and established the Project Management Office, providing regular performance reports to the Board of Directors and government entities, and led several marketing campaigns.

Al-Rumayyan also led the launch of several projects including: Al-Manar, Al-Dana, and Sedra 4A and 4B, and the Land of Al-Nahda. She spearheaded the visual identity rebranding campaign and chaired the social responsibility program in ROSHN Group "Yuhyeek" since 2021. In 2025, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Shared Services at ROSHN Group, leading the unification of shared services (human resources, technology, and commerce), establishing a center of excellence, defining service standards, and implementing automation and data analysis to support executive decision-making, while launching competence development programs within the organization.

Ghada Al-Rumayyan has held membership in several committees and boards, including: Member of the Board of Directors of ROSHN Foundation, and a member of the Development Committee and Executive Management Committee at ROSHN Group.

Ghada Al-Rumayyan has received a number of awards, including being listed among the “10 Leading Women in the Marketing Sector Leaving a Mark in the Middle East” by Forbes in 2025, and was also listed among the “Future Pioneers” by Arabian Business in 2024, in addition to receiving the “Best Marketing Officer of the Year” award at the Saudi Construction and Infrastructure Summit in 2024, and received the “Category of Exceptional Achievement” award at the Saudi Women Excellence Awards Ceremony in 2024.
