ROSHN Real Estate Company (ROSHN) is a national real estate development company owned by the Public Investment Fund, and headquartered in Riyadh. It aims to develop integrated residential areas that provide a modern lifestyle in conformity with the highest standards in design, planning and construction. Moreover, the company contributes to the government's goals in increasing the Saudi citizen ownership rate.

The company was established in 2020 in line with the Public Investment Fund's investment strategy to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in boosting home ownership to 70 percent and improving the quality of life in the Kingdom.

ROSHN seeks to enhance the urban fabric of the Kingdom, thus promoting a unique and healthy lifestyle by humanizing cities, establishing pedestrian-friendly streets, green spaces, retail facilities, entertainment, as well as hospitals, medical centers, mosques and sports facilities.

ROSHN aims to meet the growing demand for the housing sector, and facilitate the ownership of high-quality housing units within integrated urban neighborhoods. It also supports national companies, and provides investment opportunities for partners in the fields of real estate development, contracting, consultancy, maintenance and operation services, in addition to factories and suppliers of building materials. Moreover, ROSHN establishes long-term partnerships that contribute to the gross domestic product (GDP,) and creates new job opportunities in the Kingdom.

ROSHN is developing residential cities with an area of 150 million m in nine cities within four main provinces in the Kingdom, namely Riyadh, Makkah, Aseer, and the Eastern Province. In 2021, the company announced the establishment of its first residential neighborhoods in the north of Riyadh, which contains thirty thousand housing units with an area of more than twenty million m. The project was named SEDRA. In May 24, 2022, ROSHN also launched the first phase of ALAROUS project in Jeddah, which will provide over 2,200 independent housing units.

On March 7, 2023, ROSHN Group, the national real estate developer, announced the establishment of the WAREFA housing project, the second of the group's projects in the capital, Riyadh. Warfa is expected to be organized in Al Janadiriyah suburb, in the east of the capital on an area of 1.4 million m. The project will include more than two thousand housing units to accommodate about 13,000 people, in addition to public facilities, including commercial and service centers, health and educational facilities, mosques, squares, and public parks with an estimated total area of 160,000 m.

ALFULWA is the first of ROSHN's communities in the Eastern Province. On March 14, 2023, ROSHN Group announced the launch of ALFULWA project, as the fourth of its residential communities in the Kingdom, with an area of more than 10.8 million m. It is located seven kilometers from the center of al-Hofuf, which is a major urban center in al-Ahsa Oasis, Eastern Province. The project will include more than eighteen thousand housing units, with a capacity of more than one hundred thousand people.

ROSHN Waterfront in Jeddah is one of the largest waterfronts, with more than fifty-five million visitors annually. It includes many entertainment facilities and a wide range of restaurants and shops. The facade embraces seven diverse squares, ranging from al-Nawras round-about to Jubair Bin al-Harith Street over 4,500 m.

ROSHN Waterfront has been awarded the Jeddah Innovation Award for 2018 in the field of government innovation by Jeddah Governorate. Moreover, the project won the Makkah Excellence Award in the category of environmental excellence during that same year.

ROSHN Saudi League is one of ROSHN's initiatives, as part of its commitment to provide an exceptional sports and entertainment experience that raises the quality of life in the Kingdom.

On August 8, 2021, ROSHN announced an agreement it signed to sponsor the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup League. On August 23, 2022, the Saudi Pro League announced its signing of a new sponsorship agreement with ROSHN. The agreement included sponsoring the league's name for five years at SAR478 million. Consequently, the league became known as the Roshn Saudi League.

ROSHN aims to invest the sites of its projects to create a suitable space for living, housing and entertainment. Moreover, it increases the contribution of the Public Investment Fund to strategic partnerships with investors and the private sector by supporting and developing the contracting and building materials sector. The company adopts new construction methods and innovative technologies in building infrastructure, and focuses on developing and raising standards in the local sector.
