Qassim Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is home to many heritage villages and towns spread across its governorates, including:

Al-Khabra Historical Village

Located in Riyadh al-Khabra Governorate, Qassim Province, this urban heritage site is situated on the northern bank of Wadi al-Rummah, approximately sixty km from Buraydah City. The village dates back to 1703, spans eighty thousand m², and consists of four hundred mud-brick houses of varying sizes. It was named Khabra al-Afaleq after Al Afaleq family, the first settlers during the first Hijri millennium.

Al-Mithnab Heritage Village

This heritage village is located in al-Mithnab Governorate, Qassim Province. The village dates back more than seven hundred years. At its center is a square surrounded by thirty-three shops, which have served as the marketplace for the city of al-Mithnab for over 150 years. The village contains more than five thousand artifacts and includes numerous heritage landmarks, such as Souq al-Majlis and Bahla Palace, which date back to the sixteenth century.

Heritage Town of Uyun al-Jiwa

It is an archaeological site located in the northwest of Qassim Province, spanning an area of six thousand m². The site features many old and historical buildings, characterized by traditional Najdi architectural design and integrated architectural elements. The town includes the old mosque, notable for its large size and high ceiling, as well as a traditional Kuttab (Quranic) school, a small annex to the old mosque. Additionally, it contains the old marketplace (al-Majlis), a popular market with more than fifty shops.
