Monafasat Platform

Monafasat Platform is an electronic platform serving entrepreneurs and the institutional sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It aims to display statistics, analyze data, and provide access to competitions listed on Etimad Platform. The platform is a key enabler for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), facilitating and ensuring streamlined bidding procedures by offering detailed and integrated services.

Monafasat Platform analyzes government competitions listed on Etimad platform, which serves as the electronic financial services platform in the Kingdom and is affiliated with the National Center for Government Resources Systems. It provides comprehensive profiles for each government entity and its projects, including data searches on competitors and activities. Additionally, it analyzes competitor data from private companies, offering an integrated profile for each company and assessing its success. The platform also uses artificial intelligence technologies to predict the expected value of ongoing competition.

Monafasat Platform announced the top government entities with the highest number of competitions in 2023 as part of its competition analysis activities. These included the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority with seventy-eight competitions valued at SAR67 billion, the National Center for Government Resources Systems with thirty competitions valued at SAR52 billion, and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing with sixteen competitions valued at SAR48 billion. The most prominent competition activities were in information technology, operations and maintenance, and road maintenance. In 2024, The Helicopter Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), secured the top competition with the "Operation of Air Medical Ambulance Services" for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, valued at over SAR390 million.

Monafasat Platform provides various services, including the Statistics Service, which allows access to all statistics related to competitions within a company's activity, and the Alerts Service, which delivers notifications about activity types, government entities, and new competitions. Additionally, the platform offers a Report Service that generates comprehensive reports in three main categories: government entities, primary activities, and private companies.
