Global pioneering Saudi projects fall under the umbrella of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). These projects establish large-scale companies based on technology and knowledge to diversify the economy and revenue sources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prominent projects include:

NEOM Project aims to attract entrepreneurs seeking to create bold models that align with the concept of sustainability, reinvent it, and be a destination for more than one million people from around the world. NEOM stretches over 26,500 km and will operate entirely on renewable energy.

Qiddiya Project aims to develop Qiddiya into the capital of entertainment, art, and sports by designing five central areas, including the Motion Zone, Eco Zone, Resort Core, Qiddiya Village, and the Golf Community, in addition to preserving the nature of the area and its environmental systems, developing lifestyles, creating job opportunities, and attracting visitors and tourists.

The Red Sea Project is working to create a new tourism experience that adheres to sustainability standards, focusing on renewable energy, water conservation, and leveraging the diverse nature of the Kingdom. The project's land comprises mountain grooves, dormant volcanoes, and an archipelago of over ninety islands, spanning an area of 28,000 km.

Amaala Project is a tourist destination dedicated to health, recovery, and treatment. Spanning 4,155 km, it overlooks the Red Sea coast and combines luxurious wellness spas with recreational, artistic, and cultural events.

Diriyah Gate Project offers a blend of cultural, historical, and tourist attractions, working to develop ad-Dir'iyyah into one of the world's leading cultural and heritage destinations to enhance the Kingdom's status in tourism and culture sectors, regionally and internationally.

ROSHN Project aims to develop the real estate sector by providing developed residential units that meet the standards of the local community and increasing the homeownership rate among citizens to reach 70 percent.
