The Saudi Sports Company (SSC) is a Saudi sports network comprising multiple sports channels that hold broadcast rights for various Saudi tournaments across different sports, as well as continental and international competitions. Launched on July 21, 2021, SSC partnered with MBC Group to support the network’s satellite channel operations under the SSC brand. This collaboration also enables digital streaming of SSC channels through the 'Shahid' platform.

SSC objectives

SCC is a promising, rapidly growing company aimed at increasing the popularity and practice of sports, in line with the goals of the Quality of Life Program under Saudi Vision 2030. It aims to provide its customers with creative content designed to delight and offer a unique experience.

SSC channels

SSC owns eight channels, including:

- SSD 1 SD: Available in standard definition (SD) and is displayed to VIP subscribers according to broadcast schedules and their respective countries.

- SSC 1 HD: Offers continuous livestreaming in high definition (HD), around the clock.

- SSC 2 – SSC 7: Available in HD quality as live channels based on the airing plan of the different sports events shared by SSC.

- SSC Equestrian channel: A live-streaming channel based on the airing plan of the different Equestrian events.

- Pop-up channels or live-streaming channels: channels that broadcast events only during their scheduled times and not around the clock.

Tournaments broadcasted by SSC channels

SSC broadcasts a wide array of local, continental, and international tournaments, including the Roshn Saudi League, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, the Saudi Super Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup, the AFC Champions League, the AFC Cup, FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers, the Brazilian League, the Portuguese League, the Spanish Super Cup, the Copa del Rey, the Italian Super Cup, and all domestic Saudi tournaments across various sports. Additionally, the company covers American football and global motorsports tournaments (Formula 1, Formula E, and Extra E).
