Saudi Super Cup Football Championship is an annual competition organized by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It features the champions and runners-up of the Two Holy Mosques' Cup and the Saudi Professional League, known as the Roshn Saudi League. The tournament began in the 2013 season. The Saudi Arabian Football Federation determines the dates, venues, and stadiums for the matches according to its regulations.

The system of the Saudi Super Cup Football Championship

The regulations of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation for the inaugural Saudi Super Cup Football Championship in the 2013 season stipulated that the Saudi Super Cup match would be a single game between the champions of the Saudi Professional League and the Two Holy Mosques' Cup. The winner of this match would be crowned the champion.

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation adopted a revised format for the Saudi Super Cup Football Championship starting from the 2023 season. The new format features three matches instead of one: two semi-final matches, with the winners advancing to the final. The updated Super Cup includes the champions and runners-up of the Two Holy Mosques' Cup and the Saudi Professional League. If the team repeats within the top four positions, the league standings are used to select additional teams to enhance competition and broaden participation.
