Where Is Shada Palace Located?
Shada Palace, or the White Palace, is a prominent historical site in Abha City, Aseer Province. It was built in 1929, next to Aseer Province Emirate building. It consists of four floors and currently houses a museum representing the province's heritage.
It was restored in 1987. It is distinguished by its architectural style that embodies the traditional architecture of Aseer Province.
In 2017, Shada Palace was included in the first category of architectural heritage sites in the National Architectural Heritage Register, which is concerned with their rehabilitation and the documentation of their relevant information and studies.
