Taghreed Sindi
Taghreed Sindi is a Saudi inventor specializing in intellectual property and artificial intelligence. She has been the Associate Executive Director of Innovation at King Abdullah Medical City, in Makkah al-Mukarramah, since 2024. She is also the co-founder of the Society for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. She is a certified intellectual property expert by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Education of Taghreed Sindi
Taghreed Sindi earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Umm al-Qura University, in Makkah al-Mukarramah, in 2015. She also obtained her master's degree in artificial intelligence from the same university in 2021. She holds the Guinness World Record for the largest number of technical programmers gathering to find technical solutions for facilitating the Hajj season in Makkah al-Mukarramah.
Professional life of Taghreed Sindi
Taghreed Sindi worked at the Institute of Research and Studies and Consulting Services of Umm al-Qura University from 2015 to 2018, before working for two years at Makkah Healthcare Cluster. She is the co-founder of the Society for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, established in 2022. She has been working at King Abdullah Medical City since 2020, where she has assumed many positions, namely the position of Intellectual Property Officer (2020 - 2022), Head of the Department of Medical Innovations and Inventions (2022 - 2024), and the Associate Executive Director of Innovation.
