Saudi Real Estate Institute
Saudi Real Estate Institute is the academic arm of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and a specialized educational entity in the field of real estate sciences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is considered one of the initiatives launched by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to achieve Saudi Vision 2030. It was inaugurated on August 2, 2017 and works to raise the level of professionalism when providing real estate services and to qualify national talents by training and developing practicing professionals in the real estate sector. The institute also grants them certificates enabling them to efficiently access the labor market.
Training of the Saudi Real Estate Institute’s Professionals
During 2020, the institute developed fifteen training programs, held nine workshops, and launched a research center and a platform for e-training and remote learning. In 2021, it offered 721 training courses, benefiting 17,020 trainees, and launched fourteen training programs, in addition to developing nine existing programs. In 2022, the institute trained 15,813 trainees and delivered 742 training courses during the same year, achieving revenues of SAR9,553,141.

Saudi Real Estate Institute targets all individuals wishing to be qualified for the Saudi real estate market. It also targets companies operating in the housing and real estate sector, including real estate development companies, maintenance and operations companies, real estate offices, engineering offices, owners’ associations, homebuilders, and real estate brokers.
Objectives of the Saudi Real Estate Institute
Saudi Real Estate Institute works to achieve several objectives, including: enhancing knowledge by qualifying workers in the Saudi real estate market; familiarizing them with Saudi real estate market’s regulations and legislation; developing and organizing the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia; using professional methods for qualification and training; creating job opportunities and a real estate platform for exchanging expertise and knowledge; and organizing related conferences and exhibitions.
Collaborators of the Saudi Real Estate Institute
Saudi Real Estate Institute collaborates with a range of local and international governmental and private entities to develop training programs. These include the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority. It also works with several international entities, including the American Institute of Condominium Associations, the British Institute of Facilities Management, and the National University of Singapore.

Saudi Real Estate Institute offers accredited certificates that qualify holders to work in various real estate fields, including: The Real Estate Brokerage Certificate, the Fundamentals of Facilities Management Certificate, the Real Estate Marketing Certificate, and the Real Estate Finance Certificate.
