Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo Tournament 2025 is an international tournament featuring six teams consisting of elite global polo players. It was held in Al-Fursan Equestrian Village, in AlUla Governorate, in January 2025. It was organized by the Royal Commission for AlUla in collaboration with the Saudi Polo Federation.

Competing teams and tournament system

The teams were divided into two groups on an all-against-all basis. In this respect, Group (A) encompassed AlUla Team (Adolfo Cambiaso, Abdulmohsen Alhokair, and Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi), Dadan Team (Mia Cambiaso, Prince Abbas Bin Ali, and Miguel Morel), and Ikmah Team (Nacho Figueras, Prince Hamza Bin Abbas, and Ploy Bhinsaeng).

On the other hand, Group (B) encompassed the Bentley Team (Adolfo ‘Poroto’ Cambiaso Jr., Prince Sultan Bin Khalid Bin Faisal, and Sarah Siegel-Magness), the Budget Team (Millie Hein, Earl Medina, Harry David Louis Mountbatten, and Philipp Mueller), and Richard Mille (Pablo McDonough, the Marquess of Milford Haven, Claire Mountbatten, and Mohammed Al-Suwaidi).

Champion of the Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo Tournament 2025

The Richard Mille Polo Team was crowned the winner of the Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo Tournament 2025 after defeating the Ikmah Team with a result of 8 to 6 points during the final game. Omar Zaidan, the president of the Saudi Polo Federation, and Abeer Al-Aql, acting CEO of the Royal Commission for AlUla, presented the tournament trophy to the winning team in the presence of Piero Dillier, the president of the Federation of International Polo. The final game was one where the competition was about equal in skill. It was tight up until its final moments when the Richard Mille Team succeeded in scoring two goals, ultimately achieving the title.

Place-determining games were also held. In this respect, Dadan won over the Budget team with a result of seven to six points during the game for determining the final place, while the Bentley team defeated AlUla team, with a result of six to five points during the sub-cup final. Prince Hamza Bin Abbas and his peer, Claire Mountbatten, were recognized as the tournament's most valuable players. Nacho Figueras was named the tournament's top scorer, while the horse known as Obsolete was named the Best Horse.

Events held at the margin of the tournament

In addition to the sport competitions, visitors can also enjoy the entertaining and cultural activities held at the Fan Village. These events feature cultural exhibitions, various stores, and live music performances that meet the aspirations of all family members.
