Osamah al-Muslim
Osamah al-Muslim (born March 5, 1977) is a Saudi novelist and storyteller. He is a board member of the Eastern Province Literary Club and a recipient of the Literature Award in the fourth edition of the 'National Cultural Awards' Initiative in 2024, organized by the Ministry of Culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Muslim has produced several literary works primarily focused on fantasy and imagination. His works have gained both local and Arab recognition, with some of them translated into other languages. Additionally, some of his works have been adapted into television and film projects.

Osamah al-Muslim earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from King Faisal University in al-Ahsa Governorate, Eastern Province.
Osamah al-Muslim's literary production
Osamah al-Muslim released his first literary work in 2015, and since then, his output has included numerous short stories and novels, totaling thirty-six publications over ten years. His works fall within the genres of fantasy and speculative fiction, exploring themes such as the world of jinn and parallel universes. He draws inspiration from mythology, legends, and Arab heritage.
Among Osamah al-Muslim's early literary releases is the novel 'Khof' (Fear), published in three parts, becoming a bestseller locally and regionally. It was adapted into a TV series. His epic 'Basatyn Arabistan' (The Gardens of Arabistan), comprising six parts, was also adapted into a TV series produced by MBC Channel and aired in 2022. The series has been translated into English and Chinese. Other major works include 'Malhamat al-Buhoor al-Sabaa, (The Epic of the Seven Seas), spanning six parts, 'Laylah Matirah' (A Rainy Night), 'Wahj al-Banafsaj' (The Glow of Violet), in two parts, 'Sakhb al-Khaseef' (The Roar of the Eclipse), 'Hatha Ma Hadatha Maeii' (This Is What Happened to Me), 'Al-Waleemah' (The Feast), and 'Shabakat al-Ankaboot' (The Spider's Web).
