List of Industrial Cities in Jeddah

Jeddah Governorate, part of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Province, includes three industrial cities supervised by Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).

First industrial city in Jeddah

Opened in 1971, it is located south of Jeddah Governorate, east of Al-Rahmaniyah Market. It has a total area of twelve million m² and contains 1,119 factories.

Second industrial city in Jeddah

Opened in 2009, it is located west of the Coastal Road, south of Jeddah Governorate, and is thirty km away from the first industrial city. It has a total area of eight million m², with an estimated 296 factories.

Third industrial city in Jeddah

Opened in 2012, it is located east of the Coastal Road, in the southern part of Jeddah Governorate. It has a total area of eighty million m², of which twenty-four million m² are developed, and contains 714 factories.
