Hail Region is rich in many crafts and handicrafts, including: 

- Sadu weaving, and weaving shawls, baby caps, women's shawls, and handbags.

- Palm frond products, such as food trays, feed baskets, baskets, and bags.

- Copper and wooden products, specializing in making coffee pots and incense burners.

- Traditional foods, such as klija and kibeeba.

- Sewing old clothes and Thamudic embroidery.

- Decorating rooms with gypsum decorations.

- Wool craft, and crafting souvenirs.

- Woodworking, including making rosaries.

- Innovative designs made from wool, to decorate food and drink vessels, such as making cup holders and spoon holders.

- Weaving based on sheep wool and camel hair, such as blankets, Bidi (type of Mishlah), bags, covers, and tents, while white wool is used for dyeing.
