The Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025 is a global motor race hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the fifth consecutive year. Its fifth edition was held from April 18 to 20, 2025.

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit, where the race is held, is known for its aerodynamic design and wide tracks. It features twenty-seven turns, including sixteen left turns and eleven right turns, granting drivers a challenging driving experience. In fact, long turns allow for high speeds of up to 252.8 km/h, upon noting that the top speed is 322 km/h. The circuit also includes three DRS zones, thus increasing competition between drivers and enhancing the global race's generated excitement.

Race details and winners

For the fifth consecutive time, the race was held on the territory of Saudi Arabia under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport. It featured the participation of twenty drivers representing ten elite teams of the Formula 1 teams. The first free practice sessions of the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025, each held for one hour, were executed in the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the world's fastest track, one day before the official race.

Saudi Arabia's race, held in Jeddah, is the fifth race of the tournament. It is held under the name of 'Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025.' Thanks to its local and international media and fan attention, it is one of the most prominent races of the season.

At the end of the race, Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al Faisal, the Minister of Sport, crowned the Australian, Oscar Piastri, of the McLaren Team, who ranked first, followed by Dutch Max Verstappen, of the Red Bull Team, with a difference of two seconds and 843 fractions, while Monégasque driver, Charles Leclerc, the driver of Ferrari, ranked third, with a difference of eight seconds and 104 fractions. In terms of the remaining results, British driver, Lando Norris of the McLaren Team ranked fourth, followed by British George Russell of the Mercedes Team in the fifth place. Italian Kimi Antonelli of the Mercedes Team ranked sixth, followed by British Lewis Hamilton of the Ferrari Team who ranked seventh, while Spanish Carlos Sainz, the driver of Williams, ranked eighth. Thai driver Alexander Albon, driver for Williams, ranked ninth, followed by French Isack Hadjar, driver for Racing Bulls, who ranked tenth.
