His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saad Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born on November 18, 1967) has been Governor of Hail Province since April 22, 2017. He is the eighth prince to hold this position and previously served as the Deputy Governor of Hail Province.
Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saad was born in Jeddah. On July 18, 2000, a Royal Decree was issued appointing him as the Deputy Governor of Hail Province. After the establishment of the Hail Development Authority, he was appointed as its Deputy Chairman and later became its Chairman after being appointed as the Governor of the region.
