List of the Swords of King Abdulaziz

King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud had extensive knowledge of sword types and histories. He had a particular interest in ancient swords, especially those famed within Al Saud family, and was keen to collect them. Most Al Saud swords were of a type known as "Daban." Reflecting the importance of the sword to King Abdulaziz, he was once quoted as saying: “By Allah, I have nothing of wealth, and I own nothing but the sword and the Qur’an.” And below is the list of the swords of King Abdulaziz:
