Ahad al-Masarihah Governorate is one of the administrative governorates in Jazan Province, located southwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the fifth-largest population center in the province, with a population of 130,545, according to the official statistics of the Saudi Census 2022.

Location of Ahad al-Masarihah Governorate

Ahad al-Masarihah Governorate is located south of Jazan Province, approximately forty-eight km southeast of Jazan City, the capital of Jazan Province. It is bordered to the west by Jazan City, to the south by Samitah Governorate, to the east by al-Hurrath and al-Aridah Governorates, and to the north by Abu Arish Governorate.

Accessing Ahad al-Masarihah Governorate

The residents and visitors of Ahad al-Masarihah Governorate use King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jazan, which is the closest airport to the governorate. It is located fifty km away and has a passenger capacity of approximately nine hundred thousand travelers annually. Road No. 55 runs through the governorate's territory and serves as the main land transportation hub, providing access to and from Ahad al-Masarihah.
