The Islamic University Journal of Arabic Language and Literature is a peer-reviewed academic journal published three times per annum by the Islamic University of al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. The Islamic University Journal of Arabic Language and Literature has specific rules and controls for publication, including the following key points: the studies, research, and articles to be published must be original, innovative, and contribute to knowledge; the research must be new and unpublished, not a replication of previously published work by the author; it must fall within the scope of the journal's specialty; and it must adhere to the principles and methodology of original scientific research.

If the research is accepted for publication, the journal stipulates that it has the right to publish and republish it without the author's permission. Furthermore, the author may not publish the research elsewhere without written consent from the journal's editor-in-chief.
