The route of Highway 95 begins at Saudi Arabia's border with the United Arab Emirates, passing through al-Batha, Salwa, and al-Uqayr. It then continues northwest, passing through Abu Hadriyah Road, and ends at the Saudi-Kuwait border. It is the only highway in Saudi Arabia that connects more than two countries, linking the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait through Saudi Arabia, in addition to Highways 5 and 15, which connect Yemen and Jordan.

The total length of the road network managed by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services exceeds 75,000 km, connecting cities. Additionally, the total length of operational highways is over five thousand km
