These areas are located near the Green Belt and Golden Belt neighborhoods in Al-Khobar.
The Eastern Province Municipality launched the development and operation project of Al-Khobar Waterfront in two phases. The work involved constructing and maintaining commercial properties across three plots of land, with a total area of approximately 60,960 m, under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract for a period of twenty-five years. The project includes the operation of a commercial complex and restaurants covering 25,980 m, a hotel with luxury international restaurants spanning nine thousand m, and an area featuring markets, restaurants, and various entertainment facilities extending over 25,980 m.
