Saeed Mazkour al-Ghamdi, known as Saeed Ghurab, was born in 1942. He is a Saudi football player who played for al-Ittihad Club, al-Nassr FC, and al-Ahli FC. He achieved records in Saudi football.

Saeed Ghurab was born in al-Bahah City. He relocated to Jeddah City and joined the junior team of al-Ahli Club. However, he did not train for long with al-Ahli FC. He transferred to al-Ittihad Club due to the popular attendance of the club's training. While on the junior team, he was selected to join the national team. He represented al-Ittihad Club for several years. However, due to his work, he relocated to Riyadh City where he met honorary members of al-Nassr FC, ultimately playing for the club. His stay in Riyadh did not last long. He returned to the city of Jeddah where al-Ahli FC changed his mind and enlisted him as a team player. He played for the club for several years and won many championships. By the end of his football career, Saeed Ghurab returned to al-Ittihad Club.
Saeed Ghurab with the Saudi national team
Saeed Ghurab participated in three Gulf championships with the Saudi national team. The first was held in Bahrain in 1970, the second in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1972, and the third in Kuwait in 1974. He also took part in friendly international games. Throughout his journey with the Saudi national team, he participated in fourteen games, for 1,165 minutes during which he scored eight goals.
King Faisal and Saeed Ghurab's title change
When Saeed Ghurab acceded the podium to hold the King's Cup awarded by King Faisal, King Faisal told him: "As of today, you are no longer Saeed Ghurab (crow), but Saeed Ukab (Eagle)." Ever since, he became known as Saeed Ukab instead of Saeed Ghurab.
