The Saudi Arabia-Chinese Entrepreneurs Association (SCEA) is a non-profit organization supported by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones. It is managed by eWTP. It was officially announced on February 8, 2023, on the sidelines of the LEAP 2023 conference held in Riyadh from February 7 to 9, 2023.

Objectives of the Saudi Arabia-Chinese Entrepreneurs Association
The Saudi Arabia-Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, which includes over one hundred founding members such as Saudi Aramco, Alibaba, Tynamobile, Tencent, and Saudi Telecom Company (stc), aims to foster constructive engagement between business leaders and companies in the Kingdom and China. It seeks to encourage cross-border investment, promote innovation, and enhance social responsibility and public welfare. The association serves as a valuable platform for members to exchange ideas, collaborate, and share best business practices.
One of the association's objectives is to play a pivotal role in driving continuous progress and contributing to the digital transformation of both the Kingdom and China.
