Located in the coastal al-Andalus Neighborhood in Jeddah City, the stadium's design emulates the distinctive architectural styles of historic Jeddah (al-Balad) area, incorporating technological advancements and innovative building designs. It will be constructed in the Jeddah Sports Park District, surrounded by zones designated for fans, entertainment, retail, education, and medical services. It is planned to become the home of two professional football clubs.
