Saudi Volleyball Federation is one of the sports federations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is responsible for the sport of volleyball for national teams and clubs and for managing its local and international championships. It was established in 1963, headquartered in the capital, Riyadh.
Establishment of Saudi Volleyball Federation
Saudi Arabian Volleyball Association was established in 1963, which later became the Saudi Volleyball Federation. It joined the International Volleyball Federation in 1964, the Asian Volleyball Federation in 1976, and the Arab Volleyball Federation in 1976.
Tasks of Saudi Volleyball Federation
Saudi Volleyball Federation performs several tasks, including developing public policies and strategic plans, ensuring national teams are well-prepared and qualified for both domestic and international events, representing the Kingdom in various competitions, conferences, and meetings at regional, continental, and international levels. Additionally, the federation actively engages in drafting regulations, organizing competitive events and championships, arranging training camps, discovering talented individuals, conducting research, and actively promoting and popularizing volleyball within the community.
Saudi Volleyball Federation Championships
The federation oversees several local championships, including the Premier League, the First Division League, the Premier Youth League, and the Premier Junior League. The federation has 5,606 registered players, 140 affiliated clubs, 450 referees, and 1,150 coaches.

Saudi Volleyball Federation is a sports entity with an independent legal personality. It has clubs, departments, and affiliated institutions. Its budget consists of state-provided support funds and sponsorships.
