The Saudi Tennis Federation, referred to as STF  is one of the sports federations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the entity responsible for tennis and the official representative of its local and international tournaments. The federation operates from its headquarters in Riyadh City.

Establishment of the Saudi Tennis Federation

The Saudi Tennis Federation was founded in 1966 as part of the Saudi Table Tennis Federation. In 1992, the Saudi Tennis Federation became independent from the Saudi Table Tennis Federation. It is a member of the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

The Saudi Tennis Federation has several tasks, including developing and introducing tennis in the Kingdom, supporting players, coaches, and referees to meet international standards, organizing local tournaments and competitions, and international participation.

Saudi Tennis Federation tournaments

The Saudi Tennis Federation organizes several local tournaments, including the senior open tournament, the juniors and youth open tournament, the children open tournament, and the pioneers tournament. In addition, it hosts tournaments for beach tennis.

The federation oversees the Women's Tennis Committee, which is concerned with promoting tennis for women in the Kingdom. The committee aims to attract and train female players to join tournaments, provide the appropriate environment for practicing the game, and organize and supervise women's activities.

Organizational arrangements of the Saudi Tennis Federation

The Saudi Tennis Federation is considered an independent sports entity with legal personality. Its budget is composed of support funds provided by the state and sponsorships.
