Ain Heet Cave is located thirty km south of Riyadh City, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the road leading to Al-Kharj Governorate. The cave’s opening is 38.53 m long and 15.64 m wide, and its depth reaches approximately 390 m. At the bottom of the cave, there is a spring that flows with water throughout the year.

Ain Heet serves as an entry point to a wide underground aquifer located deep beneath the surface of Saudi Arabia.

The cave holds special significance in the modern history of Saudi Arabia: When the Founding King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud approached Riyadh, he found the water sources surrounded, so he turned to Heet to provide a water source for his forces.
