The Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture showcases a collection of items, models, and artifacts that represent some of the prominent examples in the history of Islamic architectural art, reflecting the architectural evolution of the squares and corridors of both the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque through various historical periods. The exhibition was inaugurated in 2000.

Located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, adjacent to King Abdulaziz Complex for the Al-Kaaba's Kiswa Al-Musharrafa, the Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture serves as a window into multiple historical Islamic periods. It is presented through seven halls overseen by the Agency for Exhibitions and Museums Affairs under the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque. Among these halls are: Al-Kaaba Al-Musharrafa Hall, which features an interior column of Al-Kaaba Al-Musharrafa dating back to the era of Abdullah Ibn Al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him), and the Grand Mosque Hall, which includes a ladder over two hundred years old, once used to serve Al-Kaaba Al-Musharrafa. Next to it are the enclosure of Maqam Ibrahim and the door of Al-Kaaba Al-Musharrafa, and the exhibition also features manuscripts, details of the Prophet’s Mosque, photographs, inscriptions, and a hall dedicated to Zamzam water.
