Tawazoun Real Estate Platform
Tawazoun Real Estate Platform, is an initiative launched by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City on September 11, 2025, dedicated to receiving applications from citizens wishing to obtain residential lands in Riyadh City. Applications will remain open until October 23, 2025, in line with directives from Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Objectives of Tawazoun Real Estate Platform
The real estate balance platform aims to achieve balance in the real estate sector of Riyadh City. The Royal Commission for Riyadh City will facilitate the provision of planned and developed residential lands for citizens, ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, at prices not exceeding SAR1,500 per square meter. The platform serves as the sole digital channel for application submissions and is not supported by any external entity or intermediary.
Application conditions on Tawazoun Real Estate Platform
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has set a number of conditions for platform applications, including that the applicant must be a married citizen or over twenty-five years of age, provided they have no previous property ownership. Applicants must reside in Riyadh City for at least three years, and there must be no sale, mortgage, or any transfer of the land in any form within ten years, except for mortgages aimed at financing the building of the land. If not built within this period, the land will be reclaimed, and its value returned.
