Taradhi Platform
Taradhi Platform is an electronic platform affiliated with the Conciliation Center of the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It allows in-person or virtual meetings between the involved parties, Ministry of Justice conciliators, and registered conciliators to carry out the reconciliation process to reach an acceptable resolution for parties to the dispute. This platform utilizes fully automated procedures, beginning with the submission of a reconciliation request and concluding either with the issuance of a reconciliation document or a determination that reconciliation is not feasible.
The platform is considered one of the modern digital solutions. It has contributed to maintaining public health throughout the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, where it provided all its services remotely, thus doubling the number of completed reconciliations and facilitating their processes for those whose access to conciliation offices is hindered.
Conciliation mechanism via Taradhi Platform
The Ministry of Justice has dedicated a digital portal for Taradhi Platform on its website. The platform enables selecting the reconciliation request, determining its type, completing the relevant form, receiving the request confirmation message, and ensuring its adoption on the platform thereafter.
The platform ensures that applying beneficiaries receive a text message that includes the date of the remote reconciliation session. It allows discussion in this respect in order for the parties to the dispute to reach a settlement. It enables beneficiaries to approve the document clauses upon accessing 'Absher,' the national unified access platform, ultimately issuing the officially enforced conciliation document, upon its approval by the center.
Conciliators mechanism via Taradhi Platform
A group of male and female conciliators is responsible for establishing reconciliations through the platform. They are fully qualified in various specializations. They are selected according to the dispute type. Their role seeks to reconcile the parties to the disputes, ultimately reaching a settlement and issuing the relevant digital documents, where such documents are approved executive instruments to be produced upon the agreement violation or breach or upon executing reconciliation via the enforcement court.
The platform has provided the parties to the disputes and conciliators alike with an appropriate environment to achieve understanding and discuss the reconciliation clauses. It also enabled flexibility in terms of selecting suitable timings and avoiding pressure factors that could hinder reconciliation or lead to its failure. The platform also enjoys a daily high capacity to accommodate reconciling parties and enabling qualified individuals to join the male and female conciliators upon applying for the position, according to the standards adopted by the Ministry of Justice.
