The Old Emirate Palace in Tayma' is a historical palace located in Tayma' Governorate in Tabuk Province, northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. it is known as Ibn Rumman Palace. It is more than one hundred years old and is a witness to an important historical period in the life of the town. This palace is located in the historical area in the center of old Tayma', near the archaeological Hadaj Well.

In addition to being called 'Ibn Rumman Palace', the Old Emirate Palace in Tayma' was given the name 'al-Mathra'ya Palace', in reference to the location of the land on which it was built. When Tayma' became subject to Saudi rule during the reign of the Founding King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, its name became 'Emirate Palace'.
