His Highness Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Bin Abdullah Al Saud (born in 1974) is the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs since October 23, 2019. He is the third member of Al Saud family to hold the position of Foreign Minister and the fourth during the reign of King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He is the sixth Foreign Minister since the establishment of the ministry in 1930. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany, and is fluent in English and German.

Prince Faisal Bin Farhan has held several positions throughout his career. In 1996, he became the Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Maintenance and Operation Company for two years. He served as a representative of Boeing on the Board of Directors of al-Salam Aerospace Industries Company for over ten years, initially as a Deputy Chairman and later as Chairman. Additionally, he was a founding partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Northern Investment Company from 2003 to 2017, and a member of the board of directors of the Saudi Arabian Military Industries Company and the chairman of the executive committee in 2017.

In 2017, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan was appointed as an advisor in the Office of the Crown Prince and continued before being appointed as an advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Between 2018 and 2019, he served as the Senior Advisor at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. Following that, he held the position of Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Germany for a few months. Following that, a Royal Decree was issued appointing him as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on October 23, 2019.
