His Highness Prince Jiluwi Bin Abdulaziz Bin Musaed has been the Governor of Najran Province since 2014. He is the twelfth governor of Najran Province and the youngest son of Prince Abdulaziz Bin Musaed Bin Jiluwi Al Saud. His father was a cousin of King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, a leader under his command, and served as the governor of Qassim and Hail provinces.

He was born in Hail in 1958. He graduated from the School of Paratroopers and Special Forces Security Center. Additionally, he holds a certificate from the British Parachute Association. He also received the War Medal for Desert Storm and the Kuwait Liberation Medal.
Positions held by Prince Jiluwi Bin Abdulaziz
He was appointed deputy governor of Tabuk Province for four years, in the excellent rank, between 2000 and 2004. A Royal Decree was issued to appoint him as deputy governor of the Eastern Province with excellence rank from 2004 to 2014. A Royal Order was issued to appoint him as Governor of Najran Province with the rank of minister in 2014.
