Boulevard Riyadh City

Boulevard Riyadh City is an entertainment zone located in Hittin neighborhood to the north of Riyadh city, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It spans an area of 900,000 m. It features an area, Boulevard Square, with a design reminiscent of New York's Times Square.

The area was classified as the jewel of the 2022 Riyadh season. It encompasses nine zones, containing 200 stores, divided between local and international shops, cafes, restaurants, events and festivals, gardens, a three km-long promenade, four Arab and international theatres, nine international studios, 500 electronic games for children, and about ten thousand parking plots.

Boulevard Riyadh City contains nine sub-zones, the most prominent of which are the Musical Fountain area, the artificial lake spanning an area of 35,000 m. Boulevard Square, a replica of Times Square in New York, boasts screens exceeding a height of thirty m. Meanwhile, the Music Area houses a music education academy and a stage for live performances. The Studio Area is dedicated to live and theatrical shows, accommodating a total of six theaters.

Riyadh City Boulevard also includes the Trocadero Area, which emulates the design aesthetics of London's Coventry Street and is notably characterized by its globe-shaped architecture. Additionally, there is the Sport Area, where various sports and entertainment events take place, as well as the Avalanche snow area that houses an indoor skating rink. The Garden area is home to twenty-seven restaurants and cafes. Lastly, the Theaters Area comprises the Mohammed Abdo Theater with a seating capacity of 18,000, and the Abu Bakr Salem Theater, which can accommodate up to 7,000 spectators.

Boulevard Riyadh City features several events, including the Crystal Maze experience, which combines mental and physical challenges and can be enjoyed individually or as a group, as well as Masameer Experience, a game that immerses participants in a world of visual and sensory effects. There are also international events with Champions of Magic, the Snow Dome, which is an ice world with a range of winter activities, and the Talent Boulevard event, which is supervised by a group of professional business managers to transform talented people into stars in the Middle East. This comes in addition to the First Golf event, which is a modern integrated destination for golf fans.
