Riyadh Front

The Riyadh Front is one of the projects of Kaden Investment Co, located north of the capital, Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It includes a business area and a shopping area. It is about ten minutes by car from King Khalid International Airport. The Business Area at Riyadh Front was inaugurated on December 2, 2018, followed by the Shopping and Entertainment Area on October 10, 2019.

The Riyadh Front consists of green spaces and a central garden between the business and shopping areas. Its design is centered on benefiting from natural light. It also includes a water fountain and a thousand-m walkway.

The Business Area at the Riyadh Front was built according to a design that supports collaboration and creativity among employees; the area relies on private and open workspaces and contains local, regional, and international corporate headquarters, a four-star hotel with meeting rooms, a conference hall, restaurants, a spa, and a gym. Green and eco-friendly spaces are also available. Buildings in the business area are designed as squares in two types, A and B, in such a way as to ensure maximum efficiency and use of space. Each floor was allocated to suit the needs of business partners, whether open offices, galleries, or other business requirements.

The Shopping and Entertainment Area in Riyadh Front is characterized by urban landscaping integrated with green spaces and contains a number of cinemas within eighteen movie theaters, in addition to the Virgin Megastore game library, the biggest in the Middle East, as well as a multitude of local and international stores, totaling about two hundred commercial outlets.

Leisure events are held at the Riyadh Front year-round, such as the National Day celebrations and eight international exhibitions launched in Riyadh during the 2021 season, focused on: fashion, visual arts, perfumes, technology and communications, electronic gaming, and handicrafts. The Riyadh Front flaunts a modern theme reflective of the events it hosts.
