
Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Fakhri is a legal advisor, media professional, and writer. He is the president of the National Society for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a member of the Permanent Arab Human Rights Committee at the Arab League.
Academic and professional life of Khalid Al-Fakhri
Khalid Al-Fakhri studied for a bachelor's degree in law at King Saud University and pursued a higher legal systems diploma. He has various experiences, including working in administrative development for ten years starting in 1995, in legal consulting at the National Society for Human Rights in 2004, and as Secretary-General of the Monitoring and Follow-up Committee and legal advisor in the same society in 2005. He also served as the General Supervisor of Financial and Administrative Affairs from 2006 to 2013 and Secretary-General of the society in 2013. Additionally, he worked as a faculty member at King Fahd Security College.

Khalid Al-Fakhri presented a research paper titled 'Bribery Crime in the Light of Islamic Sharia Law.' He also participated in a study discussing the phenomenon of addiction in Saudi society.
