Al Fozan Holding Group traces its origins back to 1959, when Abdullatif and Mohammed Al Fozan co-founded the company under the name Abdullatif and Mohammed Al Fozan Company, initially focusing on general trade, particularly trading in wood and iron. Then, the company diversified its operations into various sectors. Al Fozan Holding Group has since established multiple entities across trade, real estate development, manufacturing, and retail, becoming an umbrella organization for more than thirty leading companies and managing a diverse investment portfolio.

In the real estate sector, the group owns Retal for Structural Development, Al Oula Real Estate Development Company, Shomoul Holding, Retal Residence (a residential complex), and Nesaj Real Estate Development Company. In the retail sector, Al Fozan Group includes United Electronics Company and United Homeware Company. In the trade sector, Al Fozan Group owns Madar Building Materials Company, Madar Electrical Materials Company, and Madar Hardware Company. In other sectors, the group owns AUVA Company, Gulf Riyadah Company, and Tadbeir Facilities Management Company.
