Regulations of Asharqia Chamber Center for Arbitration

Asharqia Chamber Center for Arbitration was established under the license issued by the Standing Committee for Saudi Arbitration Centers, in accordance with the Regulation of Licensing Rules for Saudi Arbitration Centers, and in compliance with the Law of Arbitration and its Implementing Regulations.

Jurisdiction of Asharqia Chamber Center for Arbitration

Asharqia Chamber Center for Arbitration has jurisdiction over the following disputes: disputes between natural and legal persons if they agree to refer their case to the center, disputes between merchants upon mutual agreement to arbitration at the center, and any other disputes where the parties involved agree to refer them to the center. Disputes must be in matters where reconciliation is permissible. The center provides consultancy and necessary services for commercial dispute resolution procedures.

It also works on enhancing and developing cooperation and partnerships between the center and stakeholders, including local and international entities specializing in conciliation and arbitration. Additionally, the center promotes awareness of alternative dispute resolution methods by organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and training courses, as well as publishing specialized materials, publications, and other relevant content.
