
"DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program is a government support program launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) on September 4, 2023. It seeks to support the public sector employees of the government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is achieved by granting them and their families various benefits, upon providing them with several exclusive offers made available by more than 2,500 service providers throughout Saudi Arabia, ultimately benefiting more than 1,200,000 employees.
Objectives of "DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program
"DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program seeks to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Toward this end, it invests in human capital and works on its development. It also fosters investments and activates the ministry's strategy supporting government entities to develop human resources programs and practices, upon developing the government sector and supporting its growth. It works on establishing a productive and incentivizing work environment and supporting and enabling public sector employees by offering incentives, benefits, and exclusive offers, ultimately fostering their loyalty and sense of belonging.
Benefits of "DOAM" Employee Loyalty Program
Public sector employees can download "DOAM" application, available on the Google Playstore and Apple's Appstore. The application enables them to collect points monthly, benefit from them at more than 1,500 various stores, have access to exclusive offers, amounting to up to three hundred offers, and profit from discounts up to 50 percent.
Achievements of the human resources and social development sector
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development realized several achievements. These achievements include electronically measuring the performance of the employees of government entities, enhancing the job loyalty index among the employees of government entities, drafting the Law of Employee Discipline and its Implementing Regulations, carrying out more than one million processes on the Masar platform in 2022, benefiting more than six hundred government entities and 4.3 million beneficiaries, and launching several programs, such as the Central Job Information System in the Public Sector, the Strategic Workforce Planning Program, and implementing the Saudi Standard Classification of Occupations.
