He served as an advisor and general supervisor of the Agency of the Ministry of Housing for Housing Support and Branches at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (now the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing). He also held the position of Director General of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (now the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development). Additionally, he worked as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Interior and was the Chief Executive Officer of REGA. He is a board member of the Eastern Region Development Authority and Al-Ahsa Development Authority.
