Fahd Bin Falah Bin Hathleen has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Camel Club in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2017. He is also the founder and president of the International Camel Organization (ICO), and the president of the World Camel Polo Federation.

Fahd Bin Hathleen’s Chairmanship of the Camel Club’s Board of Directors

On July 20, 2017, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a Royal Order establishing the Camel Club and appointing Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz as the club’s general supervisor. The order also included forming the club’s Board of Directors, chaired by Fahd Bin Falah Bin Hathleen.

Positions held by Fahd Bin Hathleen

On March 21, 2019, Fahd Bin Hathleen was elected president of the ICO for a five-year term. The ICO is a non-profit entity headquartered in Riyadh City. His election was announced during the organization's first founding General Assembly meeting, attended by representatives from ninety-six countries. The organization currently has 105 member states and is dedicated to preserving and promoting camels as a cultural heritage.

In December 2019, Fahd Bin Hathleen was elected president of the World Camel Polo Federation for a four-year term during the founding General Assembly meeting of the federation, with the participation of twenty-nine countries.
