- Ultrapak Limited, with a 99 percent ownership, an investment company established in Saudi Arabia.

- Saudi Plastic Packaging Systems Limited (Plastico), formerly known as Savola Packaging Systems Limited, with a ninety-nine percent ownership, based in Saudi Arabia, engaged in wholesale and retail trade of plastic and corrugated cardboard packaging, plastic lids, printed tin sheets, metal and semi-metal containers, glass bottles, various household glassware, sodium silicate, commercial services, export, import, and commercial contracting.

- Al-Sharq Plastic Industries Limited (Al-Sharq), with a ninety-nine percent ownership, based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the production of polyethylene bags and rolls, single-use polystyrene cups, containers, and plates, barrels, various household melamine products, polyethylene bags, pails, waste containers, boxes, plastic profiles, sanitary ware, and polyethylene sheets.

- New Marina for Plastic Industries (S.A. E) (New Marina), with a 99.66 percent ownership, based in Egypt, engaged in the manufacturing and sale of all types of plastic products, foam production, spare parts manufacturing, metal processing and repairs, import, export, trade, and financial leasing.
