Saudi Mining Services Company (ESNAD)

The Saudi Mining Services Company (ESNAD) is a company affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. It was established by a Council of Ministers decision on April 27, 2022, and is considered one of the initiatives and pillars of the National Mining Strategy.

It also seeks to maximize the optimal utilization of Saudi Arabia’s mineral wealth, encourage mining companies to support local communities, create job opportunities in mining projects, and monitor and regulate mining violations by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at mining sites.

The Saudi Mining Services Company (ESNAD) operates based on several strategic pillars to achieve economic diversification by expanding non-oil sources of national income. These include developing mining licensing procedures to align with global best practices, enhancing compliance with mining regulations and financial requirements, and attracting and facilitating local and foreign investments in Saudi Arabia’s mining sector.
