Seera Group Holding

Seera Group Holding (formerly known as Al Tayyar Travel Group), is a Saudi company providing travel, tourism, shipping, transportation, touristic, and accommodation services.

Seera Group Holding began operating under the name of Al Tayyar Travel Group in Riyadh, in 1979, upon opening its first branch at al-Takhassousi Street, with only four employees. The company achieved growth and development thanks to government contracts and the acquisition of small companies in 2005. In 2021, Al Tayyar Travel Group engaged in public subscription. The company was listed on the Saudi Exchange (Saudi Tadawul). In 2014, Al Tayyar Group shifted to a higher level upon investing in technology and global companies.

In 2019, Al Tayyar Travel Holding Group announced that its ordinary general assembly approved changing the name of the company from "Al Tayyar Travel Holding Group" to "Seera Group Holding."

Seera Group Holding manages various investments. It ranks itself sixth among the largest travel companies in the United Kingdom, where it invested in "Portman" company and its affiliated companies, such as "Clarity," one of the ten world's largest companies for travel management, and "Elegant Resort," a leading luxury travel company in the United Kingdom.

In the second quarter of 2022, the overall value of bookings made with Seera Group Holding rose by 108 percent, amounting to SAR2.5 billion, compared to SAR1.2 billion during the same quarter of 2021.

Seera Group Holding owns several brands, such as Almosafer (for travel purposes), Lumi (for hotels and car rental), and Discover Saudi (for destination management).
