Al Moammar Information Systems Company

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) is a Saudi joint-stock company established in 1979 in Riyadh City. It specializes in providing integrated information systems solutions and is the first Saudi joint-stock company listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in the information technology sector.

The Company was originally incorporated as a limited liability company with a capital of SAR1 million under the name "Muhammad Al Moammar and Partners Co.," operating under the commercial name "Computer Center Services Ltd." The company later changed its name -under a shareholders' resolution- to its current registered name "Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS)." The capital was increased to SAR50 million, and the company transitioned from a limited liability company to a closed joint-stock company following the decision of the (then) Minister of Commerce and Investment (now, Ministry of Commerce). On October 24, 2018, the company's capital was further increased to SAR160 million.

According to its bylaws, the company's activities include importing and exporting, as well as wholesale and retail trading of computers and electronic devices, including installation, operation, and maintenance. It also engages in wholesale and retail trading of wireless devices and provides maintenance, electrical, and electronic services. The company installs, operates, and maintains communications technology. It undertakes contracting work in wired and wireless communication networks, electronic installations, maintenance and operation of electrical facilities, telephone network maintenance, general building contracting, machinery and equipment installation, operation and maintenance, and providing logistical services to them. Additionally, the company imports, markets, installs, and maintains wired and wireless communication and information technology devices, and executes contracts for installing and operating geographic information systems, remote sensing, and communications. It provides training and technical support related to these activities.

MIS's lines of business include critical digital infrastructure systems, cybersecurity and consulting, information technology solutions, business services management, and technical support and operations. These services aim to provide customized technical solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve performance, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges while offering continuous support to ensure a functional and stable technical infrastructure.
